About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team at Plaud. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our talent acquisition strategy, sourcing top-tier talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership and hiring managers to understand business needs and translate them into effective recruitment plans. Your expertise will help us build a diverse, innovative, and high-performing team that drives our mission to revolutionize human-AI interaction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting within fast-paced, technology-driven environments. You will leverage your strong relationship management skills, innovative sourcing strategies, and data-driven approach to attract and secure top talent globally. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either within a search firm or in-house corporate environment.
  • Deep interest in AI and the technology industry, with a passion for building innovative teams.
  • Experience developing and executing creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to utilize data and market insights to inform recruitment decisions.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, capable of working directly with senior executives and influencing decision-making processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
  • Forward-thinking mindset with a people-first approach and a belief in AI’s potential to transform workplaces.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with executives and hiring managers to understand business objectives and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including talent pipelining, screening, interviewing, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers and regional HR teams throughout the selection process.
  • Lead offer negotiations and facilitate a positive candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding.
  • Utilize recruitment analytics and data to monitor key metrics, identify trends, and improve hiring efficiency.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives, including campus recruitment, networking events, and talent outreach programs to enhance our talent pipeline.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to optimize efficiency and candidate quality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure Plaud remains competitive in attracting top talent.
