Qodo, formerly known as Codium, is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to transforming the way businesses approach technology solutions. With a focus on delivering exceptional value through cutting-edge products and services, Qodo has established itself as a leader in its industry. Our commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture drives our success and growth. We believe in empowering our teams, embracing diversity, and continuously pushing the boundaries of what is possible. As we expand our footprint globally, we remain committed to maintaining our core values of integrity, innovation, and excellence.
About The Role
We are seeking a bold and proactive U.S.-based Talent Acquisition Partner to lead go-to-market (GTM) hiring efforts and support our next phase of growth. This role is critical in shaping the future of Qodo by attracting top-tier talent that aligns with our values and strategic objectives. As the primary talent strategist for our U.S. leadership team, you will collaborate closely with the global talent acquisition team to ensure a seamless and effective hiring process. Your work will directly influence the quality of our teams, enhance our U.S. market presence, and uphold the integrity of Qodo’s culture as we scale globally.
This position requires a strategic thinker who approaches recruiting with a product mindset—iterating, measuring, and continuously improving processes. You will build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates, balancing operational efficiency with strategic talent planning. Your ability to proactively source, evaluate, and close high-caliber candidates will be instrumental in driving our growth and maintaining our competitive edge in the GTM ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting within fast-paced startup environments.
- Proven success in hiring GTM talent—including sales, customer success, revenue, and marketing roles—in the U.S. is essential.
- Strong sourcing capabilities, enjoyment in building pipelines, and a track record of attracting top-tier talent consistently.
- Adept at managing the entire recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to coordination, stakeholder alignment, and closing offers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting dashboards, and structured reporting tools.
- Curiosity and agility in adopting new tools, including AI-assisted sourcing platforms.
- Being based in Boston with the ability to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days in the office) is preferred.
- Familiarity with U.S. benefits platforms and HR operations, along with prior People Operations or HR generalist experience, is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for U.S. GTM roles, including sales, customer success, marketing, and revenue positions, ensuring the hiring process aligns with Qodo’s growth objectives and cultural values.
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers by providing clarity, structure, and strong judgment in hiring decisions. Collaborate to define business needs, hiring priorities, and evaluation criteria to ensure the best talent is selected.
- Build and nurture active candidate pipelines through creative sourcing strategies such as LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, market mapping, and AI-assisted sourcing tools.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop structured evaluation processes that promote fairness and consistency.
- Deliver a high-touch, transparent, and engaging candidate experience that reflects the Qodo brand and values, ensuring candidates feel valued and informed throughout the hiring journey.
- Utilize analytics and recruiting metrics to continuously improve sourcing funnels, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance overall hiring quality.
- Stay informed on market trends, talent movement, and competitor landscape within the GTM ecosystem to attract and retain top talent effectively.
- Contribute to strengthening and communicating Qodo’s employer brand across the U.S. market to attract diverse and high-caliber candidates.
- Manage the onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they feel supported, connected, and productive from day one.
- Partner with the People team to align onboarding practices with company standards while tailoring the experience to the U.S. context.
- Oversee U.S. benefits administration, serving as a trusted resource for employees’ benefits questions and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
