About the Role
The Performance Marketing Analyst plays a crucial role in executing and optimizing paid search campaigns on platforms like Google and Microsoft Bing. This temporary, salaried role lasts three months, with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent position based on performance. The role is remote with a preference for candidates aligned with Pacific Time (PST).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, and data reporting tools like Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong analytical, communication, and adaptability skills
Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google and Bing
- Monitor metrics including spend, impressions, clicks, and ROI
- Collaborate with senior team members to refine ad campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and industry trend analysis
- Maintain account health and follow best practices in campaign management
