Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing or communications, ideally within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry or related design-oriented fields, is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential. Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms is highly desirable. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, coupled with a creative mindset and graphic design proficiency. Strong organizational skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are critical. Responsibilities
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans that align with the firm’s objectives.
