About The Role

The Business Analyst role at Business Analyst is pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will gather, analyze, and document business requirements, facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams, and support the design and implementation of new systems and processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). A minimum of 5+ years of experience is required along with hands-on experience in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies, proficiency in tools like Jira, and knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel.
