About the Role
We're on the lookout for a sharp, creative, and analytical SEO & Marketing Professional to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy. From optimizing our search rankings to running paid campaigns and crafting compelling content, you'll be the driving force behind our online growth.
What You'll Do
SEO & Content
- Develop and execute comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap identification.
- Optimize website content, metadata, landing pages, and site structure.
- Build high-quality backlink profiles through outreach and digital PR.
- Monitor and report on organic search performance using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
Paid Marketing
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Optimize ad spend for maximum ROI through A/B testing and performance analysis.
- Build retargeting funnels and audience segmentation strategies.
Content & Social Media
- Oversee content marketing strategy: blogs, newsletters, case studies, and social posts.
- Manage and grow brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with designers and writers to produce high-quality marketing assets.
Analytics & Reporting
- Set up and manage tracking via Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and CRM tools.
- Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights to leadership.
- Continuously test, iterate, and improve across all marketing channels.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing.
- Proven track record of growing organic traffic and improving search rankings.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Proficiency with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar.
- Solid understanding of Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong content instinct.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
