Role Overview

The Learn Support Specialist plays a critical role in training operations by ensuring seamless course preparation, learner support, and session hosting, so that learners enjoy a frictionless and engaging experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation & Execution: Set up and manage courses including materials, schedules, and access links.
  • Prepare instructors and guest speakers with resources and technical support.
  • Host virtual classes via Zoom, troubleshooting technical issues and managing engagement features.
  • Coordinate pre- and post-class communications with learners and instructors.
  • Learner Support & Engagement: Provide real-time assistance for technical issues and questions.
  • Track learner engagement and proactively follow up as needed.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate data and suggest process improvements based on feedback.
  • Escalate recurring technical issues to appropriate teams.

Tools & Collaboration

Use HireBoost Member Hub for course setup and learner tracking, Zoom for hosting sessions, a CRM for inquiry management, and Slack for internal coordination.
