About the Role: Data Annotation Specialist at HireArt's Client
HireArt is seeking a Data Annotation Specialist for its client to address a significant data backlog and bolster their computer vision pipeline. This part-time contract role is pivotal in accelerating model development and enhancing the quality of training data for advanced computer vision systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume image and video labeling utilizing proprietary internal annotation tools.
- Identify and flag instances of model failure across diverse sensor and data types.
- Maintain exceptional labeling accuracy while consistently meeting throughput targets.
- Track progress effectively and ensure uniform performance across extensive datasets.
- Strictly adhere to established labeling guidelines, escalating ambiguous cases as necessary.
What You'll Bring
- U.S. citizenship is a mandatory requirement for CUI eligibility.
- Proven experience in computer vision labeling, robotics annotation, or video analysis.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to sustain accuracy during repetitive visual tasks.
- Capability to work directly within internal software tools, eschewing third-party labeling platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain focus and productivity through high-volume annotation workloads.
Work Arrangement & Commitment
This is a part-time contract position, staffed through HireArt, requiring a minimum 3-month commitment, reassessed at 6 months. The role is remote and available exclusively to U.S.-based candidates.
Expected compensation: $20.00 - $40.00 USD Per Hour.
The schedule is approximately 20-30 hours per week until the current data backlog is resolved, with hours subject to adjustment based on future project requirements.
