About the Role
Our client, a venture-funded leader in the tech-enabled short-term rental (STR) industry, delivers custom group experiences targeted at millennials in a $100+ billion market. As a Pricing Analyst, you will take complete ownership of your markets and optimize revenue and pricing strategies using data and analytics.
What You’ll Do
- Develop data-informed market and property-level pricing strategies.
- Monitor pricing and market trends and adjust for market dynamics.
- Manage inventory and availability to maximize revenue and occupancy.
- Communicate revenue performance and trends to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Owner Experience, Marketing, and Listings teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's with 2 years experience or a Master’s in a quantitative discipline.
- 2+ years in data analysis, pricing, revenue management, or similar functions.
- Fluent in English (oral and written) and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work US business hours.
Nice to Have
- Experience in hospitality, travel, or OTA pricing.
- Knowledge of revenue management metrics in hospitality.
- Familiarity with data science or machine learning.
