About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Reporting Assistant to support our marketing and administrative teams. This role involves tasks such as posting content on Google Business Profiles, generating call tracking reports, and assisting in the creation of marketing reports. No technical skills are required, but a solid level of English (B+) is important. The position also includes general data management and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Post on Google Business Profiles: Update and manage content regularly as required.
- Call Tracking Reports: Listen to calls, identify whether they are new callers, and report findings.
- Marketing Reports: Assist in creating simple marketing reports, ensuring no technical expertise is needed.
- Data Entry: Accurately input data into systems and databases, maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Data Management: Organize and maintain data in spreadsheets or databases.
- General Administrative Support: Assist with other administrative tasks, such as filing, organizing, and data cleanup.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (data entry, reporting, or administrative support).
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail).
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail, especially with repetitive and recurring tasks.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM tools (preferably Jira).
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing.
- Experience with Google Business Profiles and posting.
