About the Role
We are seeking a talented Content Coordinator to join the dynamic Marketplace Partnership team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across departments to drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Execution: Manage timely and accurate uploading of content across storefronts, A+, bundles, and brand sliders. Organize digital assets on the platform.
- AI & Automation: Assist in testing and implementing AI tools and automation systems to streamline content workflows. Stay updated with emerging AI technologies.
- Auditing & Optimization: Conduct regular content audits to ensure accuracy and brand consistency. Optimize content for increased visibility and engagement.
- Asset & Feed Management: Maintain organized digital folders and manage asset linking and naming conventions while ensuring compliance with brand visual and messaging standards.
- Creative Contribution: Support content creation by writing basic copy and building image briefs aligned with the brand tone and SEO. Collaborate with designers and content leads for visual development.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to track tasks, communicate deadlines, and align on content execution, acting as a liaison between various departments.
- Troubleshooting & Projects: Assist in resolving platform issues, legal updates, and legacy content clean-ups, contributing to ad hoc projects.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or content operations.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent communication and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Dropbox, and collaborative tools like Asana.
- Curiosity about AI tools and content automation; experience with ChatGPT, Jasper, or Airtable Automations is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, with a growth mindset and commitment to brand consistency.
