About the Role

As a Business Development Representative at Hire With Near, you will drive revenue generation by engaging with SMB leads provided by partners through outbound efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold outreach to customers in the trucking space.
  • Make a minimum of 125 cold calls per day.
  • Qualify a minimum of 10 opportunities per week.

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Knowledge of the trucking or logistics industry is a plus.
  • Strong outbound experience.
