Solutions Architect (Remote)
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Engineer (All Domains) to work on a contractor basis. As an Engineer (All Domains), you will apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. With no prior experience in AI required, your domain knowledge is what matters, and your work will have a direct impact on the development of frontier AI models. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI technology and be part of a global network of experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret authentic Slack conversations, email threads, and internal files from real startup environments to identify action items, dependencies, blockers, and unresolved issues across distributed communications.
- Synthesize fragmented information from multiple sources and timelines to create complex, realistic tasks for AI agent evaluation, ensuring accurate representation of real-world scenarios.
- Develop multi-step workflows that mirror real-world knowledge and operations, enabling AI systems to learn and adapt to diverse environments.
- Collaborate with a global network of experts to contribute to the development of high-quality training data, evaluations, and feedback loops that improve AI model performance.
- Utilize your domain expertise to identify and address knowledge gaps, ensuring AI systems are equipped to handle complex real-world tasks.
