Operations Manager (Remote)
Hire Feed is seeking an Operations Manager to join our remote team. This role focuses on evaluating AI outputs related to process design, operational analysis, and workflow optimization. You will apply structured rubrics to assess operational reasoning and contribute to AI model improvement. The ideal candidate has hands-on operations experience and a process-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated operational analysis, process documentation, and workflow recommendations.
- Apply structured rubrics to assess process rigor and feasibility.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and reasoning errors in AI ops outputs.
- File clean evaluation tickets with clear written justification.
- Partner with operations and product teams on quality criteria.
- Contribute to rubric design for operations and process domains.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of operations, business operations, or process management experience.
- Strong understanding of process design, KPIs, and operational metrics.
