Junior Software Engineer (Remote)

Role Overview
We are hiring Junior Software Engineers to write code, evaluate AI-generated code outputs, and contribute to model improvement on coding tasks. In this role, you will apply structured rubrics to assess code quality and ship small features. The ideal candidate has solid CS fundamentals and is eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write and review code across at least one major language (JavaScript, Python, Java, Go).
  • Evaluate AI-generated code outputs using structured rubrics.
  • Identify bugs, anti-patterns, and reasoning errors in AI code.
  • File clean evaluation tickets with clear written justification.
  • Partner with senior engineers on code quality and standards.
