About the role
Enterprise Client Partner (Frontier AI)
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Enterprise Client Partner (Frontier AI) to work on a full-time basis. This individual will engage deeply with research, engineering, and procurement stakeholders to drive high-value partnerships around model evaluation and human data solutions. The Enterprise Client Partner will source and close partnerships with AI labs and ML-driven organizations working on frontier models, leveraging their expertise to improve model performance. This role will play a crucial part in shaping the future of AI, working with global leaders in the technology and engineering industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and close partnerships with AI labs and ML-driven organizations working on frontier models, identifying opportunities for collaboration and mutual benefit.
- Lead technical discovery across evaluation workflows, RLHF pipelines, and model improvement loops, working closely with research leads, ML engineers, and data teams.
- Engage directly with research leads, ML engineers, and data teams to understand system-level constraints and requirements, ensuring seamless integration of human data solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including research, engineering, and procurement teams, to drive high-value partnerships and advance the development of frontier models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement human data pipelines, ensuring high-quality data and effective model evaluation.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the latest advancements in AI and ML, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts, including evaluation workflows, RLHF pipelines, and model improvement loops.
- Proven experience in partnership development and management, with a strong track record of sourcing and closing high-value partnerships.
