Digital Marketing Manager
Hire Feed is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead performance across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels. This role blends strategy and execution, aiming to translate channel investments into measurable pipeline and revenue. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Manage SEO, content, and email lifecycle programs.
- Own attribution, reporting, and channel ROI analysis.
- Manage agency relationships and contractor budgets.
- Run experiments to improve Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), conversion rates, and Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Partner with sales on lead handoff and quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years in performance or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
