About the role
Chartered Accountant AI Trainer (Remote)
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Chartered Accountant / Enrolled Agent to work on a contractor basis. This individual will apply their expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input in the finance and accounting domain. With no prior experience in AI required, the focus is on domain knowledge and expertise in US tax law interpretation and IRS regulations. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of AI models that will impact the finance industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret raw US tax law statutes and IRS regulations to ensure accurate and up-to-date knowledge.
- Evaluate AI's plain-English translations for logical and legal fidelity, approving accurate translations or providing clear, actionable feedback when discrepancies are found.
- Design and review test scenarios to capture edge cases and ensure comprehensive coverage of US tax law and IRS regulations.
- Collaborate with the AI team to identify areas for improvement and drive enhancements to the AI-powered tax solution.
- Provide high-quality, structured written communication and feedback to support the development of AI models.
