About the Role

As a Staff Technical Program Manager, AI, you will join the AI team to drive the next generation of AI-powered capabilities across the business. This high-impact role involves shaping strategy, orchestrating execution, and delivering transformative AI solutions for customer experience, personalization, operational efficiency, and clinical excellence.

Your Responsibilities

  • Define execution strategies for AI initiatives covering model development, infrastructure, and applied AI use cases.
  • Build and manage scalable program frameworks aligned with business and technical goals.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, Data Science, Security, and Infrastructure teams for end-to-end delivery.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, plans, and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies while ensuring accountability.
  • Establish program management best practices for AI/ML workflows and engineering teams.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and continuously enhance planning and execution processes.
  • Maintain clear communication and strong partnerships with executives, leaders, and technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, ethical AI, and regulatory standards.

You Have

  • 10+ years of program management experience in technical domains with 5+ years in AI/ML support.
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional AI/ML programs and applied AI projects.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML stacks including model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and MLOps.
  • Strong agile methodology expertise and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments; bonus for knowledge in LLMs and regulatory compliant (HIPAA, GDPR) environments.
