About the Role
The Program Manager, Quality sits on the Compounding PMO team, reporting to the Senior Program Manager, Quality. This role supports the entire quality organization across all 503a & 503b compounding programs, managing quality projects and supporting ongoing initiatives.
- Manage quality programs end-to-end for pharmaceutical compounding.
- Work with senior leadership to drive quality initiatives.
- Develop project plans for compliance, facility improvements, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams ensuring clear communication.
- Assist in Quality Management System processes and continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities
You will support the Senior Program Manager, Quality in overseeing deliverables, risk management, and stakeholder communications. You will partner with global quality leaders, maintain project documentation, and lead cross-functional meetings. Your work includes adapting to changes and upholding compliance with USP and cGMP standards.
You Will
- Support end-to-end management of quality programs.
- Partner with senior quality leadership on KPIs.
- Develop robust project plans and documentation.
- Coordinate with Operations, Pharmacy, R&D, and more.
- Drive process enhancements and continuous improvement.
You Have
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant health or science field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in pharmaceuticals.
- Experience with 503a/503b compounding is a plus.
- Knowledge of USP, cGMP, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and detail orientation.
