About the Role

The Operations Manager Telehealth Provider Engagement is a strategic and execution-driven role within the Telehealth Operations team. Reporting to the Associate Director of Care Team Acquisition & Engagement, you will work closely with a Senior Operations Associate to design and operationalize programs that improve the experience, performance, and retention of Care Team members including MDs, NPs, and RNs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Care Team Engagement & Retention: Develop long-term engagement strategies, design persona-based initiatives, and utilize provider feedback to improve platform operations.
  • Performance & Experience Management: Create frameworks and dashboards to track provider performance and satisfaction, and run experiments to optimize outcomes.
  • Data-Driven Strategy & Execution: Leverage SQL, Looker, and Google Sheets to analyze trends and support a patient and provider-first mindset with actionable insights.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or analytics in a high-growth DTC or marketplace setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Looker, and spreadsheet modeling.
  • Ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Clear communicator capable of distilling complex data into compelling narratives.
  • Experience working with specialized workforces such as clinical teams or customer support is a plus.
