About the Role
The Manager, Legal Operations at Hims & Hers plays a critical role in scaling and optimizing the Legal team. Reporting to the Director, Legal Operations, this role oversees core legal processes and systems while driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Own and refine the contract management process using the CLM platform (Ironclad).
- Manage legal intake and matter management from request to completion.
- Administer and optimize legal technology stack including eBilling and matter management tools.
- Lead reporting and analytics on legal operations metrics.
- Develop training materials, playbooks, and self-service resources.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and other teams for vendor management and budget tracking.
- Support and evolve the Legal team’s intranet and knowledge hub.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost scalability and efficiency.
- Act as a trusted partner to attorneys and business stakeholders on best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years in legal operations, legal project management, or related functions.
- At least 2 years in an in-house legal team environment with focus on CLM and process design.
- Hands-on experience with CLM technology, preferably Ironclad, and familiarity with eBilling/matter management tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional projects.
