About the Role

The Manager, Legal Operations at Hims & Hers plays a critical role in scaling and optimizing the Legal team. Reporting to the Director, Legal Operations, this role oversees core legal processes and systems while driving efficiency and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Own and refine the contract management process using the CLM platform (Ironclad).
  • Manage legal intake and matter management from request to completion.
  • Administer and optimize legal technology stack including eBilling and matter management tools.
  • Lead reporting and analytics on legal operations metrics.
  • Develop training materials, playbooks, and self-service resources.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and other teams for vendor management and budget tracking.
  • Support and evolve the Legal team’s intranet and knowledge hub.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to boost scalability and efficiency.
  • Act as a trusted partner to attorneys and business stakeholders on best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in legal operations, legal project management, or related functions.
  • At least 2 years in an in-house legal team environment with focus on CLM and process design.
  • Hands-on experience with CLM technology, preferably Ironclad, and familiarity with eBilling/matter management tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional projects.
