Overview

Hilton invites dynamic individuals to join our South Asia Management Trainee Program. This 18-month program aims to groom the next generation of hotel leaders by exposing them to various operational departments.

Program Phases

Phase 1: Explore (4 months) - Rotation through all departments to gain a broad understanding of hotel operations.

Phase 2: Experience (8 months) - Focused training in a specialized department such as Front Office, Housekeeping, or Food & Beverage.

Phase 3: Excel - Supervisory duties and cross-exposure opportunities in different hotels within the country.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in general hotel operations
  • Undergo departmental rotations
  • Receive specialized training in a selected discipline
  • Assume supervisory duties post-rotation
  • Be regionally mobile and ready to travel

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 3-year diploma in hospitality and tourism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to various work situations
