Overview
Hilton invites dynamic individuals to join our South Asia Management Trainee Program. This 18-month program aims to groom the next generation of hotel leaders by exposing them to various operational departments.
Program Phases
Phase 1: Explore (4 months) - Rotation through all departments to gain a broad understanding of hotel operations.
Phase 2: Experience (8 months) - Focused training in a specialized department such as Front Office, Housekeeping, or Food & Beverage.
Phase 3: Excel - Supervisory duties and cross-exposure opportunities in different hotels within the country.
Responsibilities
- Participate in general hotel operations
- Undergo departmental rotations
- Receive specialized training in a selected discipline
- Assume supervisory duties post-rotation
- Be regionally mobile and ready to travel
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or 3-year diploma in hospitality and tourism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to outstanding customer service
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Flexibility to adapt to various work situations
