Cocktail Server

The Hilton New York Times Square is seeking a part-time Cocktail Server for the 42nd Sky Bar Lounge located in the heart of Times Square. This upscale hotel boasts 44 stories, 478 rooms, and newly renovated food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly manner.
  • Know menu details, promotions, and specials.
  • Take guest orders and use the point-of-sale system.
  • Deliver orders promptly and replenish beverages.
  • Adhere to federal, state, local and company regulations regarding alcohol service.
  • Keep the serving station well-stocked.

Requirements:

  • Previous serving experience in a hotel or restaurant.
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Full availability as per the part-time shift pattern.
