What You Will Be Doing

As a Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding beverage and food service to guests in the 42nd and Sky Bar Lounge. Your core tasks will include:

  • Responding to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Ensuring thorough knowledge of menu items, restaurant promotions, and daily specials.
  • Taking guest beverage and/or food orders and accurately inputting them into the point-of-sale system.
  • Retrieving and delivering food and beverage orders promptly.
  • Replenishing beverages and consistently ensuring guest satisfaction throughout service.
  • Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in strict accordance with federal, state, local, and company regulations.
  • Ensuring your serving station remains well-stocked and organized at all times.
