Key Responsibilities
- Lead a sales-oriented marketing team through recruiting, training, and development.
- Host weekly meetings to inspire and drive continuous improvement.
- Design programs to boost tour flow during off-season months.
- Ensure 100% satisfaction for owners and guests through exceptional service.
- Exceed budget tour flow targets and efficiently manage marketing costs.
- Conduct performance appraisals, counseling, and coaching sessions.

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact with all levels.
- Availability for evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
Compensation & Benefits
