In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our In-House Marketing department, driving production for various marketing programs while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a sales-oriented marketing team through recruiting, training, and development.
  • Host weekly meetings to inspire and drive continuous improvement.
  • Design programs to boost tour flow during off-season months.
  • Ensure 100% satisfaction for owners and guests through exceptional service.
  • Exceed budget tour flow targets and efficiently manage marketing costs.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, counseling, and coaching sessions.

Job Requirements

  • One year of Timeshare, Management, and Customer Service experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Concierge, Web-Based Reporting, and basic check-in procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and analyze information in a timely manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact with all levels.
  • Availability for evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Compensation & Benefits
