Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily staffing assignments.
- Provide orientation, training, coaching and mentoring to staff.
- Facilitate the development, implementation and evaluation of resident services.
- Oversee the pre-admission/admission process and maintain census.
- Coordinate resident assessment and service plan processes.
- Report all complaints or allegations of resident rights violations.

Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Current CRMA certification and willingness to complete PSS training
- Residential Care Administrator license obtained within six months of hire

- Valid driver's license in the state of Maine with a satisfactory driving record
- Strong command of the English language with ability to follow instructions precisely
