About the Role
The Senior Web Engineer at Hightouch will own and enhance our public website (hightouch.com) which is critical for our brand and customer engagement. You will collaborate with marketing and design to drive website projects.
- Lead design and implementation of marketing website projects.
- Integrate CMS-powered interfaces (Sanity) for easy content updates.
- Maintain a robust design system ensuring high UX standards.
- Develop engaging animations using Motion and GSAP.
- Exercise design judgment to reinforce our brand identity.
About You
You have over 5 years of experience in software/web engineering with proficiency in React, TypeScript, CSS, and Next.js. You can build production-ready web applications in fast-paced environments and have a keen eye for design and detail. Experience with code-based animations and understanding of SEO best practices are essential.

The process emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and technical expertise. Steps include an Intro Call, Technical Screen, Past Projects Deep Dive, Technical Interview, and a final Hiring Manager Interview. Please note that only one application per candidate will be considered.
