You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with creative, editorial, strategy, and production teams to deliver custom solutions, while confidently presenting Highsnobiety’s capabilities to clients. A passion for storytelling, style, culture, and the communities shaping today’s creative landscape is essential.

Your Mission

  • Own and grow a portfolio of existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for long-term partnership
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends to uncover new revenue opportunities
  • Lead internal client briefings and partner closely with creative teams to develop and pitch compelling, insight-driven creative solutions
  • Navigate contracts, pricing models, and deal structures to support profitable partnerships
  • Oversee active and prospective campaigns to ensure successful execution and performance
  • Proactively identify and develop new commercial opportunities across platforms
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis

Your Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or account management, ideally within media, publishing, or a brand-led environment
  • Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue within a relevant organization
  • Strong strategic and problem-solving skills, paired with clear and confident written and verbal communication
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, synthesizing feedback and aligning stakeholders around shared objectives
  • Experience negotiating with senior-level clients and agency partners
  • Genuine interest in style, culture, and emerging trends across social platforms and digital media
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Open to feedback and thoughtful in delivering constructive input to others

What We Offer

  • A bright and spacious design office, which reflects our brand and focuses on employee well-being and sustainability, located in the Financial District
  • The opportunity to shape the company and help build a global brand in a motivating, international and diverse work atmosphere
  • High degree of responsibility, creativity, originality, independence and creative autonomy
  • We are constantly prioritizing attention on DEIB with internal trainings, workshops and our Employee Resource Groups (HighPower, HighPride, HighDreams & HighCulture)
  • 2 extra days off globally for all employees on International Women's Day and Juneteenth
  • Flexible hybrid working policy, dog friendly office, and remote international working option
  • Attractive employee benefits (e.g. discounts in our online shop, performance based bonus, 401k with match, Summer Fridays, ClassPass, access to mental health support platforms, Citi Bike, and sabbatical option)

About Highsnobiety (Additional Information)

Highsnobiety is a global brand, sitting at the heart of culture that unites community, content and commerce. Over the 19 years, our editorial and curatorial perspective has grown a community of Cultural Pioneers, a group whose social influence and ability to shape culture has become impossible to ignore. For this audience, Highsnobiety is a destination to be kept ahead of the curve; a place to read and shop the latest stories, brands and products. We are constantly investigating their relationship to a landscape we coined The New Luxury; a mindset that places stories over product and cultural knowledge over material possession. What we’ve learnt from this community, we also share with our brand partners, ensuring they too can future-proof their business for tomorrow’s culture. The Highsnobiety agency offers an end-to-end solution for brands, from consumer insights; strategy and consultancy; creative concepts and production and media.
