About the Role: Senior Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with scaling tech companies and startups. You will own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and product roles while occasionally supporting non-technical searches. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable, with excellent communication skills and a knack for building lasting relationships.

  • 5+ years of technical recruitment experience.
  • Experience in building teams within scaling tech companies.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches.
  • Passion for candidate experience, diversity, and data-driven recruiting.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Ashby, LinkedIn, Google, Slack, and more.
