About Q4 and the Role
HighlightTA partners with Q4, the first AI-driven IR Ops Platform, to support investor relations teams. Q4 empowers public companies with data and smart workflows. As a People & Culture Operations Manager, you will optimize the employee experience and drive operational excellence in HR.
Key Responsibilities
The role is responsible for:
- Total Rewards & Compensation Operations: Administer global job leveling, compensation cycles, and benefits management.
- HRIS Management & Optimization: Act as SME for HRIS including configuration, automation, transaction processing, and data auditing.
- Data, Analytics & Reporting: Analyze global HR data, develop dashboards, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
Requirements include over 4 years of progressive experience in HR/P&C Operations in a tech or SaaS environment, expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets, strong analytical acumen, HRIS expertise, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance knowledge.
