About the Role: Sr. Affiliate Partner Specialist
HighLevel is seeking a strategically minded, execution-focused partner specialist to build and scale our app integration partner network. In this role, you will be the bridge between the HighLevel platform and high-impact complementary SaaS applications, focusing on driving both inbound and outbound partnership engagement to boost revenue and customer retention.
What You’ll Be Doing
- App Ecosystem Development: Lead the full partnership lifecycle from identification to activation.
- Revenue & Value Modeling: Collaborate with Finance, Product, and RevOps to quantify revenue opportunities from new integrations.
- Partner Activation & GTM Support: Work with internal teams to ensure successful app collaboration launches.
- Internal & External Collaboration: Act as a cross-functional liaison documenting partnership activities and outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
- 5–8 years experience in SaaS ecosystem partnerships, integrations, or business development.
- Deep understanding of partner‑led GTM strategies and integration assessments.
- Experience with platform APIs and working with product/engineering teams.
- Strong communication skills to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with PLG or usage‑based environments and marketplace platforms is a plus.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $114,000 annually.
