Role Overview: Senior Manager, Strategic Finance

Reporting to the Head Of Finance, you will partner with cross-functional leaders to drive financial strategy and decision making for HighLevel’s Product function. You will take ownership of revenue forecasting, KPI development, financial modeling, and board/investor reporting.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Strategic Impact & Partnership: Advise and influence business-critical financial decisions.
  • Planning & Forecasting: Own long-range financial models for usage-based products.
  • Decision Support: Deliver financial insights and scenario modeling to senior product leaders.
  • Board & Investor Materials: Prepare board reporting, financial forecasts, and KPIs.
  • Business Case Development: Build models including ROI, LTV/CAC analysis.
  • KPI Tracking: Define performance indicators and lead measurement initiatives.
  • Corporate Development Support: Analyze external financial data and market trends.
  • AI-enabled Improvements: Leverage AI tools to optimize financial processes.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing strategic finance team.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
  • Experience in SaaS, preferably with usage-based models.
  • Advanced modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools.
  • Strong business partnering and decision-making abilities.
