What You’ll Be Doing

  • Analyze customer needs to inform growth strategies.
  • Partner with Product teams for optimal user experience.
  • Architect and optimize full user journeys.
  • Design and lead tailored growth and lifecycle programs.
  • Report progress and insights to senior leadership.
  • Measure KPIs including activation, retention, and NPS.
  • Lead user education and acquisition initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption.
  • Conduct user interviews to gather actionable feedback.

Experience & Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, lifecycle, or product-led growth roles. Proficiency with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, Looker; experience with visual tools such as Loom, Markup, or Figma is required.
