Role Overview - Manager, Knowledge Base
As Manager, Knowledge Base, you will lead a team focused on creating and refining help documentation, video content, and customer-facing resources that align with product launches and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Knowledge Base Associates.
- Monitor, audit, update, and create help documentation.
- Develop and implement strategies for enhanced video content.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Managers, and Development Teams.
- Support execution of product-related initiatives across teams.
What You Bring
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Deep knowledge of the HighLevel platform.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with video editing and graphic design tools.
Education & Experience
Minimum 3 years experience in marketing communications or related fields with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Extensive experience with HighLevel products and a background in small/local business marketing is required.
