AI Enablement Lead Role Overview
The AI Enablement Lead owns the connective tissue between Higharc's AI capabilities and the people who need to use them every day. This role leads internal AI training, establishes best practices, drives toolset adoption across every team, and ships production internal AI tools for high-leverage workflows.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and run internal AI training programs tailored to each team's actual workflows; build and manage an AI champions network across engineering, product, and GTM.
- Establish org-wide AI best practices — prompt libraries, evaluation rubrics, security and privacy guardrails, and model selection guidelines.
- Own build-vs-buy decisions for AI tooling (e.g., Cursor vs Claude Code vs Copilot; custom API stacks vs vendor platforms) and maintain institutional knowledge in agent-friendly documentation.
- Build and ship production internal AI tools for high-leverage workflows without a current owner (executive reporting, sales enablement, customer success automation, codebase navigation).
- Partner with Special Projects and the Sr. AI Engineer to translate Labs research into internal-facing capabilities.
- Develop Higharc's internal AI roadmap alongside Michael and engineering leadership; brief leadership on emerging AI capabilities and the vendor landscape.
- Define and report adoption metrics (time saved per workflow, tool usage, trained headcount, shipped tools); serve as the company-wide point of contact for AI applicability decisions.
