HiCareer is supporting a remote-first SaaS scaleup with 50+ employees across Europe. The company builds a fast-growing project management platform used globally by tech, creative, and operations teams.

What You’ll Work On

• Build and maintain data pipelines using Python, SQL, and dbt.
• Utilize tools like Snowflake, BigQuery, and Airbyte for data integration.
• Support analytics and reporting for growth, product, and customer success teams.
• Improve data reliability, documentation, and monitoring.
• Collaborate on automation projects using Zapier and Notion API.

First 6 Months

• Take ownership of key product data pipelines.
• Optimise ETL processes and automate manual reports.
• Build internal dashboards in Looker Studio or Metabase.
• Collaborate with Product and Growth to measure feature adoption and retention metrics.

What They’re Looking For

• 1–3 years experience in data engineering or related fields.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modelling.
• Experience with Python, including Pandas and Airflow.
• Familiarity with modern data tools (dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).
• Curious, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and collaborative spirit.
