About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Pricing to lead pricing strategy and execution at HiBob. This is a greenfield opportunity—you’ll be HiBob’s first dedicated pricing and packaging leader, reporting to our VP of Product Marketing. This role is ideal for a pricing expert who combines analytical rigor with business acumen.
You’ll be responsible for designing and optimizing pricing models, packaging strategies, commercial governance and monetization frameworks that align with customer value and drive sustainable growth. The scope of monetization focus covers all customer segments (from SMB to Enterprise), global and local coverage, and a wide range of industries. This is a high visibility, rare opportunity to create meaningful impact quickly and lay foundations for long term business performance.
Job Requirements
About You
- 5+ years of experience leading pricing and packaging initiatives within B2B SaaS, with exposure to both PLG and Sales-led motions.
- Proven ability to develop enterprise-grade pricing models while preserving agility for SMBs.
- Global perspective—you’ve worked on pricing across multiple geographies and understand the nuances of scalable monetization.
- Strategic system and product thinker with excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
- Ability to build from scratch—frameworks, playbooks, systems—and think future scale.
- A collaborative leader with business acumen who can influence without authority and build alignment across functions.
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, CPQ tools, Tableau, pricing analytics platforms, or willingness to learn, implement and scale such infrastructure.
Job Responsibilities
- Own pricing strategy, execution, and optimization across different product lines and customer segments (SMBs to Enterprise, regional pricing, and discounting approaches, etc.).
- Guide value-based pricing analysis and competitive benchmarking.
- Design and test new pricing models, bundles and packaging structures to support land and expand motions.
- Develop pricing governance, discounting frameworks, and deal support matrixes.
- Partner with GTM, Product, and Finance to ensure pricing supports business goals.
- Build scalable processes for pricing analytics and iteration, along with AI-driven insights for developing and testing new hypotheses.
- Work cross-functionally to drive successful implementation and deployment of new pricing and packaging structures.
- Influence product roadmap with pricing insights and packaging strategy.
