Come and be you with us. Being a Bobber is all about being you. We want you to bring all parts of yourself to work, giving you the freedom and confidence to be the best you and do your best work. If that’s bubbly, shy, precise, funny, bold, kind, honest, brilliant, or anything in between, we’re waiting with open arms. Come join us.
As an Associate DevOps Manager, this will be a player-coach role. You will manage and mentor one Senior DevOps Engineer while spending 60–80% of your time hands-on designing, building, and operating production systems. You will be deeply involved in supporting AI-focused projects such as: automating complex deployment workflows to reduce manual effort and speed up releases, using predictive models to detect system anomalies before they cause downtime, building and maintaining an AI-driven Slack bot that helps developers debug and deploy more efficiently, and more! You will also be involved in supporting cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps, observability, and internal developer platforms, with a strong focus on developer enablement and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a senior DevOps engineer who wants to lead without giving up deep technical ownership.
This is a fully remote role; however, you must be physically located in EST or CST and willing and able to work EST hours Monday-Friday and participate in on-call rotations. We cannot consider candidates located in MST or PST at this time.
Base salary for this role ranges from $180,000 - $240,000 per year.
