An Influential Role in a Rapidly Growing Company

As an Account Executive in New Business, you play a central role in the growth of our company. Your main task is to build new business relationships with large customers, from identifying potential clients to winning them over for our innovative products, and successfully guiding them through the Proof of Concept phase. You develop customized solutions and manage the entire process up to the annual contract. Through close collaboration with clients, you understand their needs and demonstrate how our solutions can optimize their recruiting processes long-term. This position can be filled at our Berlin or Cologne location. In this role, you can earn up to 65,000 Euros as OTE. At HeyJobs, we offer an uncapped, performance-based compensation model with clear salary bands. This allows you to determine your salary based on your performance. What You Will Contribute

  • Complete Sales Cycle: You take responsibility for the entire sales process – from qualifying and nurturing leads generated by the SDR team, through compelling product presentations, to closing contracts.
  • Interface in the Sales Process: As a link between SDRs and Account Management (ACM), you build on existing conversations and guide prospects through to contract signing before clients are handed over to ACM.
  • Development of Sales Strategies: You develop and implement targeted sales strategies aimed at acquiring new customers and sustainably increasing business volume.
  • Stakeholder Management: You work closely with various internal departments to develop the best possible solutions for potential customers. You understand which teams need to be involved to successfully, cleanly, and sustainably close deals.
  • Negotiation and Contract Closing: You conduct negotiations confidently and secure contract closings that promote both company goals and the establishment of long-term customer relationships.
  • Reporting and Market Analysis: You create detailed reports on customer activities and use market and forecast data to identify opportunities early and proactively manage risks.

What You Bring

  • Experience in New Business Development: At least 1 year of experience in acquiring new customers, ideally in the HR or technology sector, with responsibility for the sales cycle and demonstrable success in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Technical and Analytical Skills: You bring strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends and derive sound decisions. Proficient use of tools like Google Workspace, Tableau, Salesforce, Appsmith, Langdock, and Demodesk facilitates your daily work and increases your efficiency.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in German, and the ability to clearly and persuasively present complex concepts and successfully conduct negotiations.
  • Consulting Competence: Strong skills in consulting and presenting customer-specific solutions, based on experience in solution sales and the distribution of customized solutions.
