Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking an Automation Engineer to technologically support us on a part-time basis. If you have experience in process optimization and an unwavering motivation to find more effective solutions, this role may be for you. We value someone who can not only connect applications but also view workflow from a business perspective: understand the context, identify bottlenecks within the agency and for clients, and then propose and implement a reliable action architecture. The most important aspects of this position will be analytical thinking, an engineering approach to problem-solving, and the ability to translate business language into system logic.

Your Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and optimizing automated business and marketing processes.
• Integrating diverse systems and tools (CRM, e-commerce, sales, and marketing support applications) using APIs and webhooks.
• Creating advanced scenarios on no-code/low-code platforms (such as Make.com, n8n, Zapier).
• Writing and maintaining custom scripts (e.g., in JavaScript/Python) extending the capabilities of ready-made integrations.
• Ensuring the quality, scalability, and reliability of developed solutions, with particular emphasis on good design practices.
• Supporting the client service process – process mapping, technology audits, and implementation time estimation.
• Creating and updating clear technical documentation for implemented automations.
• Actively seeking new tools, including AI-based solutions, to streamline the work of the team and clients.

Requirements (Must-have)

• Min. 2 years of experience in designing and implementing process automation or system integration.
• Fluent, practical knowledge of iPaaS tools (especially Make.com, n8n, or Zapier).
• Very good understanding of REST API, GraphQL, Webhooks, and data formats (JSON, XML).
• Practical programming skills (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python) allowing for the creation of custom modules, scripts, and data transformations.
• Ability to think analytically and diagnose errors in complex scenarios.
• Ability to work effectively with AI tools (including integrating language models into built automations).
• Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with clients during technical consultations.

Requirements (Nice-to-have)

• Knowledge of database tools and data organization like Airtable, Smartsuite, or Notion.
• Basic knowledge of serverless cloud services (e.g., AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions).
• Understanding of basic digital marketing metrics and mechanisms.

• Remuneration 70-95 PLN gross per hour.
• Part-time collaboration – a model with a non-guaranteed pool of hours, dependent on current project demand.

Recruitment Process

1. We first review submitted applications.
2. We contact selected candidates by phone – proposing a date for an online recruitment interview.
3. At the first meeting, we will have the opportunity to get to know each other and deepen information regarding the candidate's experience, as well as our offer, needs, and plans.
4. Optionally, we will prepare a recruitment task (e.g., designing a simple scenario in Make) to be completed and submitted by a specific deadline.
5. If there's a good fit, we'll meet online again to specifically discuss the details, scope, and terms of cooperation.
6. The next step is the hiring decision and offer submission :)
