Product Marketing Senior Manager

Overview

The Product Marketing Senior Manager will develop and execute messaging and marketing campaigns to generate awareness and lead generation for public safety worldwide. This role is fully remote and involves collaboration with the SVP Public Safety, marketing leadership, regional leads, and other global teams.

Key Responsibilities

Planning:

• Develop public safety marketing plans aligned with sales, business development, and product goals.
• Monitor and communicate status of marketing programs.
• Identify strategic go-to-market alliances with the SVP of public safety.

Budgeting:

• Track marketing budget and ensure guidelines are met.
• Deliver marketing initiatives on time and within budget.

Execution:

• Develop dynamic thought leadership messaging for public safety marketing.
• Collaborate with sales on plans including buyer personas and audience segmentation.
• Project manage creation of marketing kits and sales tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams and regional marketing for customer engagement and case studies.
• Support public safety digital initiatives (web presence, SEO, social media, webinars, etc.).
• Assist in planning events, tradeshows, media, and analyst initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with organizational brand guidelines.

Collaboration:

• Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor trends and competitive landscape and report accordingly.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, marketing, communications or related field; MBA a plus.
• 6 to 10 years of software marketing experience in digital/product marketing or product management.
• Experience in public safety, SaaS, software, or B2B technology marketing preferred.
• Proven success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans and project management.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Experience managing multinational marketing programs is a plus.
• US Citizen or Green Card Holder required.

Knowledge and Skills Required

• Strong understanding of key marketing concepts and lead generation strategies.
• Ability to analyze marketing results and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Experience with Salesforce.com, Demandbase, SEO, account-based marketing, and marketing automation tools is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong PowerPoint skills; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Additional familiarity with CMS and Pardot is beneficial.
• Passion for technology and excellent communication skills.
