Overview
The CAD Implementer at Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence is responsible for the design, development, configuration, installation, and support of computer aided dispatch products tailored for the Public Safety industry. This fully remote role involves technical application development, customer training, and support of product acceptance testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in functional requirement definition and analysis
- Create complex workflows and data modeling tasks
- Perform configuration and installation of Hexagon’s COTS products
- Lead design and delivery of customer training sessions
- Manage database administration and support acceptance testing
Technical Skills & Knowledge
Candidate should have advanced skills in relational database management (Oracle, SQL Server), desktop and web-based application development, and web services. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure technologies is desired. Experience with CAD systems, PSAP operations, and project management concepts is highly valued.
Education & Experience
A degree in Sciences, Computer Sciences, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience is required, along with a minimum of 7 years of technical application development experience including leadership in production-level system projects.
Additional Information
