Hexa People is seeking a talented Digital Data Analyst - French Speaker to transform raw data into actionable insights, driving smarter business decisions. This pivotal role involves monitoring online performance, producing clear, concise reports, and providing essential support to various teams using advanced analytics tools. You will combine expert analysis, meticulous reporting, and collaborative efforts with digital teams to ensure seamless operations and foster continuous improvement across all digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze digital performance by reviewing campaign and website data, identifying crucial trends, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize strategies.
- Create and disseminate insightful reports that clearly communicate findings, utilizing intuitive dashboards and powerful visualization tools to make complex data accessible for all stakeholders.
- Support internal teams and users by offering expert guidance on analytics tools, particularly Adobe Analytics, troubleshooting any issues, and conducting training on best practices for data utilization.
- Manage access controls and permissions for various analytics platforms, ensuring the smooth and secure operation of all internal data tools.
- Contribute actively to projects by assisting with meticulous planning, diligently tracking progress, and proactively suggesting improvements to analysis and reporting processes.
- Maintain and regularly update internal tools, including URL tracking generators, and deliver comprehensive training for diverse teams and subsidiaries on their effective use.
- Stay consistently informed on the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative new tools or methods to continuously enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
What Hexa People is Looking For
- A degree in Marketing, Data Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in data analysis, demonstrating a proven track record of converting data into strategic insights.
- Strong, in-depth knowledge of Adobe Analytics, with certification being a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Power BI and SQL for data manipulation and visualization.
- Familiarity with various project management tools and consent management systems.
- Fluent spoken and written English and French is mandatory for this role, facilitating effective communication across diverse teams and regions.
