Job Description
This role provides technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams. You will assist in the creation and delivery of technical solutions, maintain effective customer relationships and contribute to technical strategies. You will work under supervision to perform systems configuration, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and designing technical solutions.
- Perform systems configurations and troubleshooting.
- Assist in technical design and delivery of solutions.
- Maintain customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Contribute to technical strategies and solution portfolios.
- Work collaboratively within team and client settings.
What You Need To Bring
1-3 years of technical experience with a two-year degree in computer science or related study is required. If you lack a degree, additional relevant experience (2-4 years total) is expected. You should demonstrate fundamental technical knowledge, the ability to produce documentation, and effective communication with team members and customers.
