Overview
The Customer Operations Manager at Hertz focuses on front-of-house processes, customer service, and maximizing revenue. Responsibilities
- Manage daily customer operations and revenue generation.

Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience in Customer Service or Operations (Car Rental, Hospitality, or Tourism preferred).

- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead diverse, high-performing teams and drive process change.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and decision-making skills.
