Overview

The Executive Assistant Communications at Hermès supports the EVP Communications and VP Press & Influence, and provides overall administrative support within the communications team in the US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Invoice processing and vendor onboarding via MyEasyOrder platform
  • Manage DocuSign for legal documents and NDAs
  • Calendar and meeting scheduling for senior executives
  • Organize travel, expense report submissions, and event logistics
  • Create PowerPoint decks for comms strategy and meetings
  • Manage hospitality arrangements and billing for domestic/international events
  • Coordinate daily press newsletters and weekly recaps
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Communications team

Budget & Decision Making

Manage hospitality program budgets, track department actuals, and assess vendor suitability.

About You

  • Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task and solve problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative and proactive with strong organizational skills
  • Resourceful with high attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is $90,000 - $115,000 annually. Hermès offers commission, bonus incentives, extensive healthcare coverage, paid time off, retirement plans, and various additional benefits.
