General Role

The E-Operation Coordinator position assists with online store order processing and fulfillment tasks within Hermès e-commerce business. The role focuses on e-store operational support, including managing e-store orders, coordinating with internal teams, assisting with smooth delivery to customers, and basic support for omnichannel sales. The position works closely with the E-Operation Specialist and reports to the CRC (Client Relations Center) Manager.

Major Responsibilities

  • E-store order management: Manage orders by validating, canceling, and processing returns in the back of house systems while respecting company guidelines and optimizing both operational and IT system flows.
  • Omni-channel sales support: Support various omnichannel orders including Web-to-Shop initiatives in collaboration with boutique back-of-house and assist with CRC back-office order creation.
  • Stock management: Support stock management by handling negative stock operations and controlling stock movements.
  • Service quality: Ensure the quality of last mile delivery by carriers to the end customer.

Requirements & Capabilities

  • 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations within the retail industry.
  • Experience in the luxury industry is preferred.
  • Business level English is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a passion to grow through challenges.
  • Collaborative team player with a humble spirit.
  • Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint.
